Phil Shaw Ministries is an Australian based Apostolic ministry sharing Gods' word.

We are an itinerant ministry dedicated to assisting true believers in identifying their Spiritual Gifts and their Calling.

All of us, Christians included, are on earth for such a time as this.

We all have a calling of God on our lives, whether it is to one of the the twenty-plus [20+] Spiritual Gifts as marketplace ministers or to one of the Five-Fold Ministry offices appointed by God

Spiritual Gifts

I firmly believe in all of the Gifts-of-the-Holy Spirit including the gifts of healing , prophecy, etc. and their full operation within the church, in order to bring the church to its fullness.

The simplest definition I can give of a Spiritual Gift would be:

A spiritual gift is the God-given abilities of every Christian to carry out their function or purpose in the body of Christ.

The Five-Fold Ministry

The five-fold ministries appointed by God as per Ephesians 4, is a live and functioning in to days church & marketplace ministries.

Ephesians 4:11-12 Amplified Bible (AMP)

Apostles
[Special messengers, representatives],
Prophets
[who speak a new message from God to the people],
Evangelists
[who spread the good news of salvation],
Pastors
[to shepherd]
Teachers
[guide and instruct],

v12 [and He did this] to fully equip and perfect the saints (God’s people) for works of service, to build up the body of Christ [the church];

YOU CANNOT APPOINT YOURSELF
TO THESE OFFICES.
A TRUSTWORTHY BODY
MUST APPOINT YOU,
TO WHOM
YOU ARE IN SUBMISSION AND RECOGNISE
YOUR CALLING.

To serve the Lord

with maximum effectiveness!
